›› Get the most out of Your Siebel System

Princeton Consulting is one of the oldest Siebel consulting partners, and has worked with Siebel since 1997. We have a deep knowledge of the Siebel architecture and product set, as well as a thorough understanding of customer management concepts and the challenges involved in a successful CRM implementation.

Leveraging our deep experience in Siebel, we have developed several unique service offerings that enable our customers to get the most from their Siebel implementations.

PC2 - Performance Configuration Review

PC2 is a unique service offering developed by Princeton that enables the identification of issues introduced during the configuration process, specifically those that impact the performance and productivity of a Siebel application.

Initially targeted at customers experiencing problems with Siebel 5/6 implementations, take up of this offering has accelerated following the upgrades to Siebel 7+.

PC2 provides detailed information on the Siebel objects that do not follow Siebel best practice for configuration along with recommendations on how best to improve the object configuration to meet performance best practice.

Call Centre Agent Usability Review

Focusing on improving the productivity of call centre agents, DILO (Day In the Life Of) review is aimed at identifying ways of reducing the handle time and wrap up times of agents, without significant impact to the underlying business process.
For example, in a call centre of 30 agents executing 1800 calls a day with an average call duration of 6 minutes, a 15 second saving per call, would result in the reduction of 1 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent).

Reduction of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Working closely with our office in Bangalore, and through our innovative and tested method of blending onshore and offshore resources, we can significantly reduce TCO of Siebel systems. Customers benefit from increasing savings over time and the opportunity to reduce development, implementation and support costs, whilst maintaining the highest quality.
